Passionate about Entrepreneurs

"people with something that you can’t teach"

We own half of Skills For Security

We allocate all profits from our 50% share in Skills for Security (SfS) to The Banks Foundation (TBF). Every employee at Skills for Security (SfS) is a shareholder, while the remaining 50% is owned by the British Security Industry Association (BSIA). The profits generated by SfS at BSIA are directed to a special reserve account supporting initiatives within the security sector. All profits contribute to charitable causes.

About the work

The Banks Foundation is dedicated to accelerating the career aspirations of the upcoming generation of entrepreneurs.

"I am enthusiastic about guiding young individuals to recognise their potential, be it through apprenticeships, entrepreneurship, or a combination of both. TBF plays a crucial role in supporting young enterprise by identifying individuals with innate qualities that can't be taught or hindered by conventional academia. By fostering prosperity in our sector, we aim to attract top-tier talent, propelling the electrotechnical industry forward and benefiting the entire value chain."
